WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM MEMORIES

My review of 2019 wedding photography & film. I’m calling it memories. When you watch the short wedding film, I want you to feel as though you’re flicking through an old photo album from when you were a child. The nostalgia of photos that made you smile, sometimes cry but all were certainly emotional and powerful.

I’ve focused on people, family and friends showing pure emotion. Every wedding has stunning beautiful portraits of the bride and groom in an epic landscape, possibly at sunset but, with every wedding it’s always about the real emotional connections.

It doesn’t matter if the light is not perfect, or the room is not grand, or if its raining or if its sunny. There is always one thing that matters the most. Being with family and friends. The people you love the most and the people you miss the most.

The first hug a dad gives his daughter when seeing her in the dress or that look on the grooms face as he sees his wife to be walk down the aisle, holding back the tears when saying the words I do, children playing freely, guys walking around with no trousers! There’s been a few this year! Or cradling your sleepy daughter as you sway to your first dance – Nina! Or even Grandad sipping his first Porn Star Martini.

Real smiles, real tears, real laughter, real hugs, real kisses, all real emotion.

Confetti being thrown so hard the bride and groom are scared to open their eyes. The Father of the bride speech where dad is talking about how proud he is of the woman his daughter has become and how life has shaped her in all those early years, his baby girl isn’t a baby anymore. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house! Jenny you know it.

The roar from the crowd as you enter the room as husband and wife, the crazy, wild dancing during the evening party. This is what a wedding day is about, this is what happens when you find the one!
