WINTER ADVENTURE SESSION KATE & ALEX

When I know snow is predicted to fall in the Brecon Beacons I’m always keen to try and visit there with clients. I was lucky enough to have a pre wedding adventure session photo shoot planned with Kate & Alex and they loved the idea of the adventure session in Winter, so they were my perfect couple to visit with.

I was hoping for an early morning couple shoot and maybe I would be able to capture sunrise. As we drove through the mountain roads the sleet was falling hard and the sky was very dark and gloomy, I was just hoping that we would be lucky and get 5 minuets of clear sky. I had researched a location previously and headed towards it. The sleet had stopped. With the cold air around us and fresh snow underfoot we headed out into the wilderness…

We were lucky, we got a glimpse of sunrise and its wonderful colours.
